MTaPS Country Summary Report: Nigeria 2018-2025

This report summarizes MTaPS’ strategic approach, key achievements, and results in Nigeria to strengthen pharmaceutical systems and services in antimicrobial stewardship (AMS), infection prevention and control (IPC), multisectoral coordination (MSC) on antimicrobial resistance (AMR), and COVID-19 vaccination, focusing on engaging private community pharmacies, hospitals, and clinics. The report includes recommendations and future considerations for continued strengthening of Nigeria’s capacity to combat antimicrobial resistance and to respond to pandemics.
