Webinar Series: Strengthening Pharmaceutical Regulatory Systems in the Asian Region

USAID MTaPS is hosting a two-day webinar series on strengthening pharmaceutical regulatory systems in the Asian region. Please join us on July 12 and July 13, 2023, from 1400 – 1630 hours Jakarta time to learn about what pharmaceutical regulatory authorities and regional networks are doing to strengthen regulatory systems in the Asian region and discuss practical approaches and methods to improve specific regulatory functions with the aim of increasing access to safe, quality-assured, and efficacious medicines.
During the sessions, you will hear from experts from MTaPS, national regulatory authorities, and regional institutions, who will discuss their regulatory system strengthening approaches and highlight capacity development progress and challenges. MTaPS will also share tools for advancing regulatory systems strengthening.
Topics covered will include enhancing effective medicine registration systems, promoting convergence and harmonization for medicine regulation, and improving regulatory workforce for improved service delivery.
